The Special Appeal Chamber informs that on Monday, 11.05.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall take place for the consideration of case (JD) 4/2023, dated 17.07.2023, with appellant Mr. Sali Hasa, against decision no. 284, dated 17.07.2003, of the High Prosecutorial Council, with parties at trial, Mr. Sali Hasa, the High Prosecutorial Council and the High Inspector of Justice.
