The Appeal Chamber held today, on March 7, 2019, the public hearing of case (JR) no.14/2018, dated 07.09.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no.47, dated 25.07.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Astrit Faqolli.
During today’s hearing the Public Commissioner submitted the appeal grounds, whereas the assessee submitted his objections to the appeal of the Public Commissioner, and filed some written documents which he requested to be considered by the adjudication panel.
The assessee requested that in terms of further review of the case, necessary time be granted to him to file with the panel even two other acts,
In order to provide the necessary time to the assessee to file with the AC this additional information, the adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on 20.03.2019, at 10.00 h.
The hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
