The Appeal Chamber held on 21 June 2019 the public hearing of case (JR) no. 30/2018, dated 06.11.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 43 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Ms. Nertina Kosova.
During today’s hearing the adjudication panel decided that to the purpose of judicial investigation to collect in the capacity of evidence the written acts submitted by the assessee in the previous hearing.
The Public Commissioner considered these evidences sufficient to enable the complete investigation based on the appeal grounds.
The Public Commissioner requested the Appeal Chamber to qualify a relative of the assessee as other person related to her, as well as the conduct of a financial analysis to assess his financial capacity, based on the new evidences.
The adjudication panel decided to accept the request of the Public Commissioner to carry out this financial analysis, to be presented to the assessee and Public Commissioner in the forthcoming hearing, on 26 June, at 13.00 h.
The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
