Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi më datë 16.11.2018, ora 9.30, seancën gjyqësore, publike të radhës për çështjen (JR) nr.9/2018, datë 19.07.2018 që i përket ankimit të paraqitur nga Komisioneri Publik kundër vendimit nr.22, datë 07.06.2018 të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit që lidhet me procesin e rivlerësimit kalimtar të subjektit të rivlerësimit Edmond Islamaj.

Në funksion të shqyrtimit të ankimit, Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit vendosi të hetojë disa fakte juridike të rëndësishme për çështjen, duke kërkuar informacion dhe dokumentacion nga institucionet shtetërore kompetente.

Trupi gjykues vendosi të shtyjë seancën gjyqësore më datë 11.12.2018, ora 11.30.

Seanca do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

The Appeal Chamber shall hold on Friday, 16.11.2018, at 09.30 hrs, in a public hearing, the next session of case (JR) no.9/2018, dated 19.07.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 22, dated 07.06.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Edmond Islamaj

During the previous session, held on 12.11.2018, the Public Commissioner submitted the grounds of the appeal, whereas the assessee submitted his objections to the appeal filed by the Public Commissioner, and requested the Appeal Chamber to take into consideration, in the capacity of evidence, several documents filed by him with the panel. The adjudication panel decided to adjourn the hearing on 16.11.2018, at 09.30 hrs, to provide the Public Commissioner the necessary time to be acquainted with the acts filed by the assessee Mr. Edmond Islamaj.

The session shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
