The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 37/2022, dated 01.09.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 535, dated 26.05.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Bledar Bejko

Today, on 08.09.2022, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to appoint the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.

The panel appointed by lot is composed with the following judges:

Members: Natasha Mulaj, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz

Today on 08.09.2022, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of Judge Ardian Hajdari, appointed as rapporteur judge in case (JR) no. 59/2020, dated 16.12.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Hysen Saliko against decision no. 284, dated 03.08.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of Judge Ardian Hajdari was due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber.

Following the lot procedure for appointing the member judge, and then for the case rapporteur, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 59/2020, dated 16.12.2020, shall be composed of the following judges:

Presiding: Natasha Mulaj

Rapporteur: Sokol Çomo

Members: Rezarta Schuetz, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi

The replacement of Judge Ardian Hajdari was due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber.

    On Monday, 06.10.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 42/2024, dated 28.10.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 779, dated 28.06.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Aurel Zarka.

    The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:

    Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit zhvilloi më datë 17.09.2025, seancën në dhomë këshillimi të çështjes me numër regjistri (JR) 3/2024, datë 18.01.2024, që i përket ankimit të subjektit të rivlerësimit Blerina Muço kundër vendimit të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, nr. 711, datë 01.11.2023.
    Pasi mori në shqyrtim çështjen në dhomë këshillimi, trupi gjykues, bazuar në nenin 51, pika 1, shkronja “b” e ligjit 49/2012 “Për gjykatat administrative dhe gjykimin e mosmarrëveshjeve administrative”, i ndryshuar, vendosi vijimin e gjykimit të kësaj çështjeje në seancë gjyqësore publike, për konstatimin e saktë dhe të plotë të situatës faktike që lidhet me pagimin e detyrimeve tatimore për të ardhurat e realizuara nga personi i lidhur (bashkëshorti) i subjektit të rivlerësimit.
