The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 44/2023, dated 05.10.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Bardhyl Shehu against decision no. 694, dated 10.08.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

On 11.10.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the appointment of the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.
