On 10.08.2023 the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 3/2023, with petitioner Tom Dedaj and object:

1. Retrial of the case tried by the Appeal Chamber with decision no. 01 dated 20.07.2020 pertaining to me, the petitioner Tom Dedaj.

2. Repealing the High Prosecutorial Council decision no. 22 dated 28.01.2022 for the dismissal from office of prosecutor Tom Dedaj.

3. Return in the previous position of the Prosecutor at Dibra First Instance Prosecution Office.

4. Provision of the salary from 30.11.2028 until restitution in office.

5. Provision of a fair compensation.
