The Appeal Chamber held on July 22, 2019, the public hearing of case (JR) no. 30/2018, dated 06.11.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 43 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Ms. Nertina Kosova.
The Public Commissioner stated during the submission of his final conclusions that all appeal grounds raised by him found answers in the evidences filed by the assessee during the proceedings in the Appeal Chamber and requested the upholding of decision no. 43 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission, though with a reasoning other than the one of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The assessee, Ms. Kosova, submitted her final conclusions, requesting the upholding of decision no. 43 dated 18.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission
After listening to the final conclusions of the parties, the adjudication panel withdrew to make the final decision of the case, to be announced on 26.07.2019, at 09:00 h.
The public hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
