- Due to the situation created from the spread of COVID-19 virus and within the framework of safeguards to prevent the infection spread by it, the Appeal Chamber shall limit its activity and services.
- Public and in camera hearings, pertaining to re-evaluation and disciplinary jurisdictions, published to be held accordingly, shall be adjourned until further notice. These hearing were scheduled as follows:
- Public hearing of case (JR) no. 10/2019, for the assessee Alma Kolgjoka, scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 25.03.2020, at 10:00 am.
- Public hearing of case (JR) No. 44/2019, for the assessee Manjola Kajana, scheduled to be held on Thursday, 26.03.2020, at 9:30 am.
- Public plenary session of case (JD) no. 1/2019, petitioner Tom Dedaj, scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 24.03.2020, at 10:00 am.
- The final decisions on cases (JR) No. 40/2018, of the assessee Arben Dollapaj, and case (JR) no.13/2019, of the assessee Adnand Kosova, shall be announced publicly by electronic means, at the website of the Appeal Chamber, kpa.al on the scheduled date and time.
- Suspension of the manual drawing of the lot at the Appeal Chamber from 12.03.2020 until further notice.
- Suspension of the time limit of the reasoning of decisions from 12.03.2020 until further notice.
- The activity of the Appeal Chamber shall continue to be carried out by those functions / tasks / organizational units which may performed at home, via electronic and telephone communication.
- With regard to those tasks which may not be accomplished under item 6 above, a program of measures shall be developed for the Appeal Chamber staff, for the performance of their respective duties.
