On Monday 22.06.202, the Appeal Chamber proceeded with the review in camera of the case (JR) no. 5/2019, dated 28.01.2019 related to the appeal of the assessee Shpëtim Kurti, against decision no. 80, dated 23.11.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Given that it was impossible for the international observer to stay any longer in the in camera review due to objective reasons, the in camera hearing was adjourned and postponed to 24.06.2020, at 11.30.

The adjudication panel of this case is composed of judges:
