The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 29/2020, dated 16.07.2020 2020 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Ardit Mustafaj against decision no. 245, dated 05.03.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The lot was drawn today on 21.07.2020, at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Presiding judge and the Rapporteur of the case.

    On Monday, 06.10.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 42/2024, dated 28.10.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 779, dated 28.06.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Aurel Zarka.
