The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no. 15/2018, dated 11.09.2018 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Mr. Artan Lazaj against decision no. 34 dated 11.07.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Mr.Artan Lazaj.

The lot was drawn today on 13.09.2018 at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Chairperson and the Rapporteur of the case.

The adjudication panel, assigned by lot, consists as follows:

    The Appeal Chamber announces that the public hearing of case (JR) 18/2024, dated 24.05.2024, related to the assessee Gëzim Çopa, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 738, dated 22.02.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission, scheduled to take place tomorrow, on 26.11.2025, for objective reasons shall be postponed to 05.12.2025, at 10:00.

    The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
