The Appeal Chamber announces that the hearing in camera on the case (JR) no. 42/2019, dated 17.09.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Fuat Vjerdha against decision no. 155, dated 10.06.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, scheduled to be held on 12.10.2020, at 10:00 h, due to the impossibility of the adjudication panel to be constituted, shall be held on Friday, 23.10.2020, at 10:00 h.

The adjudication panel for this case consists of judges:

Members: Albana Shtylla, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz

    On 03.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 3/2025, with petitioner Ajshe Xhafa and subject matter “Repealing decision no. 190, dated 02.04.2025, of the High Judicial Council, for the imposition of the disciplinary measure “Public Reprimand” against magistrate Ajshe Xhafa, incumbent  at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës”.

    Today, on 10.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the appointment of the rapporteur and members of the Preliminary Review Panel:
