On Thursday 03.12.2020, at 13:00, the Appeal Chamber shall review in camera the case (JR) no.37/2019, dated 05.08.2019 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Aleksandër Muskaj, against decision no. 179, dated 10.07.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The adjudication panel for this case, consists of judges:

The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JR) no.48/2020, dated 10.11.2020 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Petrit Aliaj against decision no. 260, dated 15.06.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The lot was drawn today on 16.11.2020, at the Appeal Chamber to assign the adjudication panel, the Presiding judge and the Rapporteur of the case.
