The Appeal Chamber informs that today, on 02.03.2021, after considering in chambers the case (JR) no.3/2021, dated 14.01.2021, which corresponds to the appeal of the assessee Bilbil Mete against decision no. 322, dated 10.12.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission, based on Article F, paragraph 3, of the Annex of the Constitution, Article 4, paragraph 5, of Law 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, and Article 51, paragraph 1/b, of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, decided upon a majority vote to transfer the case for review in a public hearing, in order to provide the assessee the opportunity to be heard and provide explanations with regard to his case.
The trial in a public hearing was decided to be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, at 10:00h. The public hearing will take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no.3. Tirana.
