On 08.04.2021, lots were drawn at the Appeal Chamber to replace judge Luan Daci, who had earlier been assigned as the rapporteur of case (JR) no. 47/2019, dated 03.10.2019 related to the appeal filed by assessee Gurali Brahimllari against decision no. 166, dated 21.06.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Judge Luan Daci was replaced due to his suspension from office under decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Meeting of Judges.

After drawing lots to assign the member judge and also the case rapporteur, the adjudication panel assigned to the case (JR) no. 47/2019, dated 03.10.2019, shall have the following composition:
