Today, on 25.05.2021, the Appeal Chamber held the review in camera of the case (JR) no. 31/2019, dated 13.06.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Irma Balli filed against decision no. 109, dated 19.02.2019, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Following the review of the case, pursuant to Article F, paragraph 3 of the Annex of the Constitution, Article 4, paragraph 5 of Law no. 84/2016 “On the transitional re-evaluation of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as well as pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1, of Law no. 49/2012 “On the Administrative Courts and Administrative Disputes”, as amended, the trial panel decided to transfer the review of the case in a public hearing, on Thursday, 10.06.2021, at 09:00.

The decision to review the case in a public hearing was made to give the assessee Irma Balli the opportunity to be heard and defended with regard to her case.
