The Appeal Chamber announces that today, on 02.03.2022, after considering in chambers case (JR) no. 20/2020, dated 17.06.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Fatri Islamaj against decision no. 220, dated 10.12.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission, pursuant to Article 51, paragraph 1 (a) of Law no. 49/2012 “On administrative courts and adjudication of administrative disputes”, as amended, decided by a majority vote to transfer the review of the case in a public hearing, to be held on Thursday, 17.03.2022, at 09:00.

The trial in public hearing was decided to ascertain the factual situation in a complete and accurate way through the court debate, collecting the new evidence.

The trial panel of this case consists of judges:

Rapporteur:     Natasha Mulaj

Members:        Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz

The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
