On Friday, 17.06.2022, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall review in chambers the case (JR) no. 8/2022, dated 15.02.2022 pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Selami Zalli against decision no. 494, dated 23.12.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    On 03.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 3/2025, with petitioner Ajshe Xhafa and subject matter “Repealing decision no. 190, dated 02.04.2025, of the High Judicial Council, for the imposition of the disciplinary measure “Public Reprimand” against magistrate Ajshe Xhafa, incumbent  at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës”.
