On Friday, 03.11.2023, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in chambers the petition of Ms. Rovena Gashi for the revision of decision no. 12, dated 29.05.2019 of the Appeal Chamber.

    The Appeal Chamber opened today, on 03.12.2025, at 10:00, the hearing in camera of case (JR) 49/2024, dated 10.12.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Dashnor Nure against decision no. 793, dated 04.09.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    Due to the failure to form a full trial panel, the hearing was postponed to 04.12.2025, at 09:00.

    The hearing in camera shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3. Tirana.
