The Appeal Chamber has registered case (JR) no. 5/2024, dated 07.02.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Elio Mazreku against decision no. 717, dated 23.11.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

On 15.02.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the appointment of the trial panel, presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.
