On 03.05.2024, the Appeal Chamber registered the case (JD) no. 1/2024, with petitioner Mimoza Margjeka and subject matter “Suspension of the execution of decision no. 180, dated 09.04.2024 of the High Judicial Council until the conclusion of the proceedings at the Appeal Chamber upon a final decision […]”.
