On Tuesday, 10.12.2024, at 10:30, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in chambers case (JR) no. 26/2022, dated 16.06.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Eriselda Bala against decision no. 523, dated 07.04.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The trial panel this case shall consist of the following judges:

The Appeal Chamber has registered case (JR) no. 47/2024, dated 19.11.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Xhevahir Lita against decision no. 796, dated 04.09.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

On 25.11.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the appointment of the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.

The Appeal Chamber has registered case (JR) no. 48/2024, dated 19.11.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Sabri Kastrati against decision no. 800, dated 19.09.2024, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

On 25.11.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the appointment of the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.

On 25.11.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judges Sokol Çomo, appointed as rapporteur, and Ardian Hajdari, appointed as panel member, in case (JR) no. 1/2022, dated 05.01.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Klorinda Çela against decision no. 464, dated 28.10.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari was due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber.

The replacement of judge Sokol Çomo was due to hid request to recuse from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 22, dated 25.11.2024, by the trial panel composed of judges: Mimoza Tasi (presiding), Natasha Mulaj, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz and Albana Shtylla (members).

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, and then for the rapporteur judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 1/2022, dated 05.01.2022, shall consist of following judges:
