On Wednesday, 26.03.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in chambers case (JR) no. 44/2022, dated 04.10.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Arben Sharra against decision no. 546, dated 30.06.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The trial panel of this case shall consist of judges:

    On 03.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 3/2025, with petitioner Ajshe Xhafa and subject matter “Repealing decision no. 190, dated 02.04.2025, of the High Judicial Council, for the imposition of the disciplinary measure “Public Reprimand” against magistrate Ajshe Xhafa, incumbent  at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës”.
