Today, on 20.02.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the hearing in chambers of case (JR) no. 80/2021, dated 16.12.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Erjon Çelaj against decision no. 448, dated 21.09.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The trial panel decided to interrupt the hearing in order to be acquainted with a classified information, made available to the IQC adjudication panel and the International Observer by the law enforcement authority.

The next hearing shall be held on 03.03.2025, at 13:00, in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
