On 21.05.2025, the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 1/2025, with petitioner Kledian Llaho and subject “Repealing decision no. 15, dated 30.01.2025, of the High Prosecutorial Council, as incompatible with the Constitution and the law, which decided; “Issuing the disciplinary measure of “public remark” against magistrate Kledian Llaho, provided for in Article 105, paragraph 1 (b), and Article 107 of Law no. 96/2016 “On the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as amended, for disciplinary misconducts provided for in Article 102, paragraph 1 (ç), and (d) of Law no. 96/2016 “On the status of judges and prosecutors in the Republic of Albania”, as amended”.
