On 03.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber registered case (JD) no. 3/2025, with petitioner Ajshe Xhafa and subject matter “Repealing decision no. 190, dated 02.04.2025, of the High Judicial Council, for the imposition of the disciplinary measure “Public Reprimand” against magistrate Ajshe Xhafa, incumbent  at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Kukës”.
