The Appeal Chamber held on March 21, 2019, the public hearing of case (JR) no.14/2018, dated 07.09.2018, corresponding to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no.47, dated 25.07.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the transitional re-evaluation of the assessee Mr. Astrit Faqolli.
During the submission of the final conclusions, the assessee considered unfounded the claims of the Public Commissioner. He stated that the negating position of the Public Commissioner to the new evidences filed by the assessee with the adjudication panel is an unfair approach to an impartial decision. Consequently, the assessee requested the Appeal Chamber to uphold decision no.47, dated 25.07.2018, of the Independent Qualification Commission.
Following the submission of the final conclusions, the adjudication panel decided to announce its final decision on 18.04.2018, at 09.00 h. The adjudication panel clarified that it has scheduled this announcement date due to objective reasons, related to the absence of an adjudication panel member.
The hearing shall be held at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tirana.
