The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, composed of judges, Ina Rama presiding, Mimoza Tasi rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, considered in chambers the petitions filed by Ms. Ana Golloshi on the revision of decision no. 13, dated 08.07.2020 of the Appeal Chamber.

Following the examination of the petitions, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously decided:

Non-acceptance of the requests of the petitioner Ana Golloshi for the revision of decision no. 13, dated 08.07.2020 of the Appeal Chamber, registered with no. 6 – 18/ 2019 (JR), dated 15.02.2022, and no. 67/ 7 Prot., dated 22.01.2024.

Announced in Tirana, today, on 15.02.2024.

    Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit çeli më datë 11.06.2025, ora 10:00, seancën gjyqësore publike të çështjes (JR) 36/2023, datë 26.07.2023, që i përket ankimit të subjektit të rivlerësimit Hyrjet Lamaj kundër vendimit të Komisionit të Pavarur të Kualifikimit, nr. 668, datë 26.05.2023.

    Seanca gjyqësore publike do të zhvillohet në ambientet e Kolegjit të Posaçëm të Apelimit, në adresën: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr.3. Tiranë.

    The Appeal Chamber opened on 11.06.2025, at 10:00, the public hearing of case (JR) 36/2023, dated 26.07.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Hyrjet Lamaj against decision no. 668, dated 26.05.2023 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    This hearing was scheduled for the announcement of the final decision on the case, but given that the judge rapporteur had informed that due to objective impossibility, it was impossible for her to attend it, it was decided that the hearing for the announcement of the decision taken by the panel on 09.06.2025, be postponed to 16.06.2025, at 09:30.

    The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
