On 16.11.2020, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing for the replacement of judge Luan Daci, assigned as presiding judge on the case (JR) no. 25/2019, dated 20.05.2019 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Arqilea Koça against decision no. 113, dated 08.03.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of Judge Luan Daci occurred due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.

Following the lot drawing for the assignment of the panel member and afterwards of the presiding judge, the adjudication panel of the case (JR) no. 25/2019, dated 20.05.2019, shall be composed of the following judges:

Presiding judge: Ardian Hajdari

Rapporteur: Sokol Çomo

Members: Albana Shtylla, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz

The replacement of Judge Luan Daci occurred due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.

Following the lot drawing for the assignment of the panel member and afterwards of the presiding judge, the adjudication panel of the case (JR) no. 43/2019, dated 18.09.2019, shall be composed of the following judges:

Announcement

On 16.11.2020, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing for the replacement of judge Luan Daci, assigned as member on the case (JR) no. 48/2019, dated 09.10.2019 corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Arben Pasho against decision no. 147, dated 16.05.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Following the lot drawing, judge Luan Daci was replaced by judge Rezarta Schuetz.

The replacement of Judge Luan Daci occurred due to his suspension from office upon decision no. 14, dated 24.07.2020 of the Judges’ Meeting.

Eventually, the adjudication panel of the case (JR) no. 48/2019, dated 09.10.2019, shall be composed of the following judges:

    On Wednesday, 04.02.2026, at 10:00, the Special Appeal Chamber shall consider in a public hearing case (JR) no. 36/2024, dated 09.09.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 778, dated 28.06.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Vjollca Spahiu.
