On 18.09.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Ina Rama, appointed as case rapporteur in case (JR) no. 41/2023, dated 13.09.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Miranda Bushi against decision no. 666, dated 25.05.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of judge Ina Rama was made due to the judge’s request to recuse from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 18, dated 17.09.2024, by the trial panel composed of judges: Rezarta Schuetz (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Natasha Mulaj, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 41/2023, dated 13.09.2023, shall consist of the following judges:

On 18.09.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Ina Rama, appointed as case rapporteur in case (JR) no. 29/2023, dated 12.07.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Sokol Malaj against decision no. 659, dated 12.05.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of judge Ina Rama was made due to the judge’s request to recuse from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 15, dated 13.09.2024, by the trial panel composed of judges: Albana Shtylla (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz and Mimoza Tasi (members).

On 18.09.2024, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Natasha Mulaj, appointed as presiding judge in case (JR) no. 56/2023, dated 01.12.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 703, dated 28.09.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Suela Salavaçi.

The replacement of judge Natasha Mulaj was made due to the request of the assessee Suela Salavaçi to exclude from the trial of the case the judge Natasha Mulaj, such a request accepted by decision no. 16, dated 17.09.2024, by the trial panel composed of judges: Sokol Çomo (presiding), Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, Albana Shtylla and Mimoza Tasi (members).

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 56/2023, dated 01.12.2023, shall consist of the following judges:
