The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, composed of judges Natasha Mulaj, presiding, Ina Rama rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Rezarta Schuetz, Sokol Çomo members, considered in chambers the petitions of Mr. Artor Ylli for the revision of decision no. 31, dated 20.11.2019 of the Appeal Chamber. During the consideration of the petitions, the trial panel, unanimously, pursuant to Article 19, paragraph 1/1 of the Regulation “On the activity of the Special Appeal Chamber of the Constitutional Court” decided:

– The merge into a single proceedings of the petitions lodged by the petitioner Artor Ylli, no. (JR) no. 2-4/2019, dated 10.01.2022 and no. 143/2 Prot., dated 14.02.2024, which contain the same object “Revision of decision (JR) no. 31, dated 20.11.2019 of the Appeal Chamber;

– The adjournment of the hearing in chambers on 19.04.2024, at 09:00, to continue with the necessary procedural actions.

The hearing in chambers shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
