Today, on 18.06.2024, at 10:00 a.m., the Special Appeal Chamber started off the hearing in camera for the case (JR) no. 2/2022, dated 10.01.2022, regarding the appeal of the assessee Ariola Kristo filed against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission no. 438, dated 10.09.2021.

Due to the non-formation of the full composition of the trial panel for objective reasons, it was decided to reschedule the in-camera hearing to 02.07.2024, at 10:00.

The in-camera hearing shall take place at the premises of the Special Appeal Chamber, at: Bulevardi “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, nr. 3. Tirana.

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Friday, 12.06.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall be held for case (JD) 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, with petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi, against decision no. 100, dated 16.07.2004, of the High Judicial Council (former High Council of Justice), with parties at trial, Mr. Shtjefën Lleshi and the High Judicial Council.
