The trial panel of the Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Ina Rama, presiding, Rezarta Schuetz, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Mimoza Tasi, Natasha Mulaj, members, considered in camera case no. 57 – 17/ 2019 (JR), dated 24.04.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Alfred Gjoni for the revision of decision no. 9 (JR), dated 26.06.2020 of the Appeal Chamber.
