On Wednesday, 04.03.2020, at 09:00 h, the Appeal Chamber shall review in camera case (JR) no.9/2019, dated 12.02.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Izet Kadana against decision no. 92, dated 20.12.2018 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Friday, 12.06.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall be held for case (JD) 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, with petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi, against decision no. 100, dated 16.07.2004, of the High Judicial Council (former High Council of Justice), with parties at trial, Mr. Shtjefën Lleshi and the High Judicial Council.
