On Thursday, 30.10.2025, at 10:00, the Special Appeals Chamber shall review in camera the case (JR) no. 28/2024, dated 19.07.2024, corresponding to the appeal filed by the assessee Agron Zhukri against the decision of the Independent Qualification Commission no. 759, dated 19.04.2024.

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Friday, 12.06.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall be held for case (JD) 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, with petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi, against decision no. 100, dated 16.07.2004, of the High Judicial Council (former High Council of Justice), with parties at trial, Mr. Shtjefën Lleshi and the High Judicial Council.
