On 13.11.2025, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to replace Judge Ina Rama, appointed as a panel member in case (JR) no. 44/2023, dated 05.10.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Bardhyl Shehu against decision no. 694, dated 10.08.2023, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of Judge Ina Rama was due to the request of the assessee Bardhyl Shehu for the recusal of the judge from the trial of the case, such a request accepted by decision no. 28, dated 12.11.2025, by the trial panel consisting of judges: Albana Shtylla (presiding), Sokol Çomo, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz and Mimoza Tasi (members).

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 44/2023, dated 05.10.2023, shall consist of the following judges:

Rapporteur:     Mimoza Tasi

Members:        Sokol Çomo, Natasha Mulaj, Rezarta Schuetz

    The Special Appeal Chamber informs that on Monday, 11.05.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall take place for the consideration of case (JD) 4/2023, dated 17.07.2023, with appellant Mr. Sali Hasa, against decision no. 284, dated 17.07.2003, of the High Prosecutorial Council, with parties at trial, Mr. Sali Hasa, the High Prosecutorial Council and the High Inspector of Justice.
