The Appeal Chamber announces that on Thursday, 09.11.2023, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall hold a plenary session on the basis of documents for case (JD) 2/2023, dated 30.03.2023, with petitioner Majlinda Salillari (Mançellari), against decision no. 117, dated 17.09.2001, of the High Council of Justice, with interested parties, the High Judicial Council.

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Friday, 12.06.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall be held for case (JD) 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, with petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi, against decision no. 100, dated 16.07.2004, of the High Judicial Council (former High Council of Justice), with parties at trial, Mr. Shtjefën Lleshi and the High Judicial Council.
