The Appeal Chamber announces that the hearing in chambers of case (JR) no. 32/2020, dated 31.08.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Bernina Kondi, scheduled to take place on Wednesday, 05.10.2022, at 10:00, due to objective reasons of the International Observer, will take place on Tuesday, 11.10.2022, at 10:00.

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that on Friday, 12.06.2026, at 10:00, a plenary session on the basis of documents shall be held for case (JD) 1/2023, dated 15.02.2023, with petitioner Shtjefën Lleshi, against decision no. 100, dated 16.07.2004, of the High Judicial Council (former High Council of Justice), with parties at trial, Mr. Shtjefën Lleshi and the High Judicial Council.
