The Appeal Chamber held today on 16.03.2022, at 09:00, the public hearing of case (JR) 59/2019, dated 13.11.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the assessee Hysen Keta against decision no. 189, dated 25.07.2019 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The legal representative of the assessee held his position regarding the opinion (written opinion) submitted by the International Observer of the International Monitoring Operation.

After closing the judicial investigation of the case and after the assessee stated that he stands by the final request submitted at the hearing dated 26.01.2022, the trial panel decided to withdraw for making the final decision, to be announced the next day, on 17.03.2022, at 15:30.

The public hearing will take place in the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
