Today, on 31.05.2021, at 14:00, the Appeal Chamber held the public hearing of case (JR) 36/2020, dated 11.09.2020, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 241, dated 26.02.2020, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Irena Gjoka.
The Public Commissioner, during the submission of the final conclusions, assessed that based on the new evidence filed by the assessee, the assessee reaches a reliable level regarding the asset assessment and in conclusion, pursuant to Article F, paragraph 7 of the Annex to the Constitution and Article 59, paragraph 1 of Law no. 84/2016, requested the Chamber to uphold decision no. 241, dated 26.02.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
At the end of the final conclusions, the assessee, Mrs. Irena Gjoka and her legal representative, Mrs. Romina Zano, requested the Chamber to uphold decision no. 241, dated 26.02.2020 of the Independent Qualification Commission and confirmation in office of the assessee, Mrs. Irena Gjoka.
After hearing the final conclusions of the parties, the trial panel withdrew to make the final decision, to be announced on June 14, 2022, at 09:00.
The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
