Today, on 17.05.2023, at 11:00, the Appeal Chamber held the public hearing of case (JR) 37/2022, dated 01.09.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 535, dated 26.05.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission related to the assessee Bledar Bejko.
The trial panel decided to administer as evidence the document filed by the assessee attached to the objections lodged with the Appeal Chamber on 15.05.2023.
The panel announced also the decision regarding the public denunciations:
– With regard to two denunciations, the panel decided to not conduct further investigations; for one of them, on grounds that the acts administered in the file are sufficient to make an assessment; whereas the other does not contain sufficient facts and circumstances for further investigations.
– With regard to three other denunciations, the panel, by a majority vote, decided to request the Prosecution office at Durres First Instance Court for additional information to the propose of their further investigation.
Pending the arrival of this information, the court decided to postpone the public hearing to June 19, 2023, at 10:00 a.m.
The public hearing will take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
