The Appeal Chamber opened on 03.06.2024 the public hearing of case (JR) 29/2021, dated 28.05.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 352, dated 01.03.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Iliba Bezati.

The presiding judge informed the court that on May 28, 2024, the International Observer of the International Monitoring Operation, Mr. Steven Kesler, had informed the Chamber of his objective incapacity to participate in today’s hearing, requesting its postponement, which would enable his presence, given his acquaintance with the case.

The International Observer Gerrit Sprenger, attending the hearing, reconfirmed the request of the IO Steven Kesler for the postponement of today’s public hearing.

The trial panel decided to accept the request, postponing the hearing to 26.06.2024, at 10:00.

The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
