The Appeal Chamber held on 07.04.2025, at 14:00, the public hearing of case (JR) 36/2022, dated 29.07.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 539, dated 08.06.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission, related to the assessee Hysni Mulaj.
During the submission of the final conclusions, the representative of the Special Prosecution Office Mr. Klodian Braho stated that, following the delivery and analysis of the new evidence, it turned out that the issues identified with respect to the asset assessment criterion have been exhausted during the proceedings held at the Appeal Chamber, and under such circumstances, he requested the trial panel the upholding of decision no. 539, dated 08.06.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission, for the assessee, Mr. Hysni Mulaj.
The assessee, through his legal representative, submitted that, as also referred to by the representative of the Special Prosecution Office, it was proven the opposite of the appeal grounds related to the asset assessment criterion and requested his reconfirmation in office.
The trial panel, after being acquainted with the final positions of the parties, withdrew in chambers to make the final decision, which it shall announce on 05.05.2025, at 12:00.
The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana.
