On Tuesday, 24.03.2020, at 10:00 h, the Appeal Chamber shall review in a public hearing case (JD) no. 1/2019, dated 19.12.2019, corresponding to the appeal of the Mr. Tom Dedaj against decision no. 22, dated 28.01.2019 of the High Prosecutorial Council.

The case shall be reviewed by judges:

Due to the situation created from the spread of COVID-19 virus and within the framework of precautions to prevent the spread of the infection caused by it, the Appeal Chamber shall limit its activity and services.

Pursuant to the Meeting of Judges decision no. 6, dated 11.03.2020, paragraph 2, the public plenary session on case (JD) no. 1/2019, with petitioner Tom Dedaj, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, 24.03.2020, at 10:00 am, shall be postponed until further notice.
