The Appeal Chamber has registered the case (JD) no.5 / 2021, dated 31.05.2021 corresponding to the Disciplinary Jurisdiction with petitioner the International Monitoring Operation having as object: “Disciplinary proceedings against the judge of the Special Appeal Chamber Luan Daci”.

On 01.06.2021, the Appeal Chamber held the lot drawing to assign the investigating judge, the Disciplinary Commission and the Presiding judge that shall review the case (JD) no. 5/2021, dated 31.05.2021.

Following the lot drawing, the investigating judge for this case was assigned Judge Ardian Hajdari and the Disciplinary Commission shall be composed of the following judges:

    On Tuesday, 09.12.2025, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber shall consider in camera case (JR) no. 26/2024, dated 08.07.2024, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Dritan Gripshi against decision no. 749, dated 27.03.2024 of the Independent Qualification Commission.

    The trial panel of this case shall consist of the following judges:
