The Appeal Chamber has registered case (JR) no. 47/2022, dated 01.11.2022, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Bajram Breçani against decision no. 558, dated 06.09.2022, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

Today, on 09.11.2022, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure to appoint the trial panel, the presiding judge of this panel and the case rapporteur.

The trial panel appointed by lot is composed with the following judges:

    The Special Appeal Chamber announces that the public hearing for the announcement of the decision in case (JR) no. 51/2023, dated 06.11.2023, pertaining to the appeal of the Public Commissioner against decision no. 701, dated 25.09.2023 of the Independent Qualifications Commission, related to the assessee Jurida Bajraktari, scheduled to be held on 09.02.2026, at 14:00, will be held on the same date, at 16:00.

    The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Special Appeal Chamber, at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit”, no. 3, Tirana
