On 03.05.2023, the Appeal Chamber held the lot procedure for the replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari, appointed as panel member in case (JR) no. 37/2021, dated 07.07.2021, pertaining to the appeal of the assessee Ramazan Avdiu against decision no. 381, dated 06.05.2021, of the Independent Qualification Commission.

The replacement of judge Ardian Hajdari was due to his suspension from office by decision no. 13, dated 07.02.2022 of the Meeting of Judges of the Appeal Chamber.

Following the lot procedure for the appointment of the member judge, the trial panel of case (JR) no. 37/2021, dated 07.07.2021, shall consist of the following judges:

The Appeal Chamber has registered in the register of other procedural petitions of the re-evaluation jurisdiction, the appeal no. 60/2023 (JR), dated 28.04.2023, pertaining to the appellant Maksim Sota, with object “Reinstatement of the right to appeal decision no. 510, dated 17.02.2022 of the Independent Qualification Commission”.
