Today, on 14.05.2024, at 10:00, the Appeal Chamber held the public hearing of case (JR) 20/2021, dated 21.04.2021, pertaining the appeal of the assessee Bib Ndreca against decision no. 337, dated 18.01.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission.
The assessee Bib Ndreca, through his legal representative, submitted his position on the case in its entirety, as well as the position related to the legal source of the loan of the lender P.N. in the amount of ALL 5,500,000 for the purchase of the apartment in Tirana, which is the reason it was decided the consideration of the case in a public hearing.
The legal representative held that the assessee had no inconsistent positions regarding his assets, but made an accurate, sufficient declaration and managed to convincingly explain the legitimate source of its creation. In support of his claims, the assessee, along with the submissions, filed several documents, which the trial panel accepted as evidence.
Once the assessee stated that he had no further procedural requests, the trial panel closed the judicial review of the case and invited him to submit his final conclusions.
Finally, the assessee Bib Ndreca, requested the Chamber the amendment of decision no. 337, dated 18.01.2021 of the Independent Qualification Commission, and his confirmation in office.
The trial panel withdrew to make the final decision on the case, to be announced on 22.05.2024, at 15:00.
The public hearing shall take place at the premises of the Appeal Chamber at Boulevard “Dëshmorët e Kombit, no. 3, Tirana.
