The trial panel of the Special Appeal Chamber, consisting of judges Sokol Çomo, presiding, Mimoza Tasi, rapporteur, Albana Shtylla, Ina Rama, Rezarta Schuetz, members, considered in camera case no. 126 – 22/ 2018 (JR), dated 02.11.2023, pertaining to the petition of Mr. Admir Thanza for the revision of decision (JR) no. 10, dated 18.04.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.

Following the consideration of the petition, the trial panel, pursuant to Article 498, paragraph 1, of the Civil Procedure Code, unanimously decided:

Non-acceptance of the petition of Mr. Admir Thanza for the revision of decision no. 10 JR, dated 18.04.2019 of the Special Appeal Chamber.
